Q. Does Telman have a minimum order?

Q. How can I pay for my order?

A.Telman accepts all major credit cards including Master Card, Visa, American Express and Discover card. We also support wire transfer and COD. For our credit program, please contact customer support.


Q.How do I know my payment transaction is secure?

A. Telman understands our customers’ privacy. We have implemented secured SSL encryption for our customers privacy. Our website is PCI compliance and all transactions are fully encrypted and secured for safe order processing. We will not disclose your information to any third party unless required by USA law.


Q. Does Telman charge Tax?

A. There is no tax charged for wholesale products that have the intent to be resold. For other direct-use goods, tax will be applied upon checkout on MyTelman.


Q. Do you offer free delivery?

A. Yes! Delivery is ALWAYS free for our customers..


Q.Can I pickup an order?

A. Absolutely! Please contact Customer Service prior to arriving so we can make the appropriate arrangements. We offer dock high access for middle to large trucks, as well as ramp access for vans and smaller vehicles.


Q.Can I cancel my order?

A. All orders can be canceled, unless it is a specialty order. Please try to contact Telman's customer support as soon as possible.


Q.Can I arrange the time of my delivery?

A. Telman doesn't hold customers to a certain day or time of delivery; however if this is preferred, arrangements can be made through a customer service representative.


Q.Where can I redeem a promo code?

A. Promo codes can be applied to orders prior to an orders submission on MyTelman. All promo’s are different, and therefore entail different order qualifications. For more information regarding a specific promo or promo code, please contact our customer support.
